Can I receive client calls on my mobile or landline?

Yes you can, that’s the core of our business. When your clients call your main number, our system will pick up the call, handle the call as per your configuration and then forward the call to your mobile or landline (according to what you set up).

The cost of forwarding calls to your mobile or landline is covered by your subscription, so there will be no extra charge.

Forwarding calls is set up when you configure your main numbers in Firma.
