We have added a built-in tool to measure customer satisfaction automatically.
The system, when turned on, sends a text message to your clients asking them to rate the service they just received. The client will land on a mobile-optimized page where they are asked to rate the service as good or bad. The rating is then saved. Also, if the client wishes to add comments, they can detail the rating with a comment.
The rating is saved with information about the client, the employee and the time, so you can easily track back to learn from the experience.
You can also see your company's total customer service score and break down the score on individual employees.
